"Like so many Montanans..."

I've tried all sorts of 'alternative politics' here in my adopted state. None seem to make a difference, I give them time, year or three, then try another. Recently, the states senator Steve Daines, a Republican,  sent me an email. I thought wtf....let's try joining them, and eating away from the inside, like a parasitic worm.

So, in hopes of going down that path, I replied to the email thusly....

Steve
Good of you to contact me. Thanks.

I believe too that government represses us, and suppress our natural need and wants. Like Gen. Ripper, I bemoan our loss, over the decades, of our precious bodily fluids.

I want to create here in Montana a civilization we can all relate to. Obviously it would be white, of middle class sensibility, and it goes without saying it'd be White/Conservative/Evangelical/Christian, we would of course conform to the current course of events, in which the delegation to our fair separatist area would be primarily Hispanic, that's not important though.

So, if you know any good fund sources like me, obvious intruders, dedicated to your demise, do let me know.

cheers,

Oddly, I've sent more than a few emails to this office, with nonce a reply.....fancy that.

Dear Mike,
Like many Montanans, I believe that the bureaucracy of the federal government creates too much red tape. Government regulations shouldn't negatively impact Montana's small businesses and the hardworking men and women who own them.
Too often, the federal government keeps the public in the dark when issuing regulations that have the potential to create billions of dollars in adverse economic impact for the country. We need more transparency and accountability in the regulatory process and this begins with knowing what the impacts of new regulations will be.
That's why today I introduced legislation to increase transparency in regulatory rules in a bill called the Regulatory Impact Scale on the Economy Small Business Act of 2015 (RISE Act).
Montanans should be confident that their elected officials are looking out for them and keeping the federal government open and honest. The RISE Act will give Congress the tools needed to monitor the regulatory process and force the federal government to be accountable to the public on regulations that negatively affect businesses and the economy.
As always, I encourage you to contact my office to express your concerns or opinions on policy issues important to you. It is my number one priority in Congress to represent the values and interests of the people of Montana, and your input is very helpful as I do. I also invite you to visit my website, www.daines.senate.gov, so we can stay in close touch.

Warmest Regards,
