Dinner, on a thursday night.....

My neighbors to the south, from Salt Lake City are here for the cold weekend, I think it might have made it up to 6 or so, are having a potluck tonight.

I'm bringing one of the main courses.....served with a baguette from Elliot's "Underground Bakery" here.

Local and delicious, brats:

Have a good weekend,
Mike

    1. If one has a bit of swiss cheese to melt on it, that's not bad either.

  3. Brats--pure Wisconsin food, in my reckoning. But I see they might have migrated to Montana, too.

    1. Germany is where I think of...I lived there for a bit of time, and there is nowhere that does them like the Germans.

    1. No problem. High today was around 7, -16 when I brewed coffee. Check your antifreeze level, and head north.

    1. Hey Robbie
Winter get there yet? -16 yesterday am, up to a balmy 10 today as I write. Not much snow yet though, maybe 5 or so inches.

    2. Yeh, winter has finally come. A couple single digit/sub-zero days, and, gratefully, snow. We're starting to build a base. Might go snowshoeing Sunday.
