Dang, they must have put up some battle!
As memory serves, they did, Joeh.
Any time and anywhere, those are big fish!
That's taken on the Anchor River, on the Kenai peninsula in Alaska. Fair sized for there, but a lot bigger are there also.

You're just trying to pull scales over our eyes, Geo. I know you're just casting about, but I'm not going to take the bait, nor get hooked.
Now you got me wondering where that expression of "fishy" came from. Took my own bait to another mystery!
When I was a kid I went fishing with my dad once. We were both just as glad not to have caught anything.
Why? The cleaning of the fish?
Is the one on the left full of eggs?
Don't remember, Martha. That was nearly 40 years ago.
I'm sure you didn't throw 'em back? Get it?
Um, no. My dense quotient is a little thick today.
Very nice. Did you ever do the shoulder to shoulder thing on the Russian. I watched a bit once. What a zoo....
They call it 'combat fishing' TB, and I did it once, and only once. Being in a close line of drunk anglers whom half of them have guns isn't my cup of tea.
Thats a beard which can cut bread
Hmmmm, not sure what to think of that.
I don't see a rod or reel. Guess you caught them with your "bear" hands! (heh-heh-heh)
Oh you card, you. Don't let all that sunshine go to your head, Bruce.
