An invite, and why we will have a real brain drain


He may not be the ideal one for the job, but he's got the right idea here.

  3. Encouraging news for a change. I don't wish for American researchers to move to France, but I'm glad they've been invited. If I were one of them, I might go -- for 4 years, at least.

  5. That was pretty smart of him. I'm surprised that our illustrious leader hasn't tweeted about him trying to "cherry pick" these folks from us.

    Speaking of climate change, The west coast states (ca, or, wa) said that nothing will change out here relative to climate change. The state laws will prevail, and Ca said if needed, they will put up their own satellites relative to climate change.
