First day in awhile it isn't smoky in Butte. A random shift in the wind, I suspect. We could and probably will get more.  On the plus side, the first snow for the mountains around us is Monday or Tuesday. Hope it's true.

Heading to Seattle tomorrow, back in 2-4 weeks. Hope it isn't too hot  where  you  are, the drive  across tomorrow  should  be miserable.....Spokane temps, half way there, supposed to be 107,  which  I realize  ain't  nothing to Bruce and his AZ  ilk,  but  to a poor boy  from Butte, that's  effing hot.

The Adorable One seems to had gained inches.....

We see here with a hairdo similar to Russian Ballet  students, but she looks to have gone up a  few inches. Remarkable, considering everything.
