I and my youngest were lucky enough to spend nearly a year in Europe, and living there is much different than a two week visit. Time to sit and sip expresso and watch people, tiny refrigerators so you shop every day, a good bakery within a block or two. You owe it to yourself to do that. Cheers.
That was a happy day for me, walking around the open market, getting a bottle of great local olive oil, some olives, a local triple cream cheese, a great baguette from a bakery and some sardines. My kind of meal.
Tres Bien! A nice photo journey. Merci!
ReplyDeleteAvec plaisir, monsieur.
DeleteYum!
ReplyDeleteIt was, Bruce. Every morsel.
DeleteI would love to eat my way through France!
ReplyDeleteGet a couple pair of those expando belt trousers first.
DeleteMy trips to France have been busy and full. I need to go live there for some times and just breathe the air and eat the local food.

DeleteFine food are always good memories.
ReplyDeleteThe memories can satisfy the soul like the food did our bodies, eh?
DeleteFood is one of the main reasons to travel, I think. That all looks delicious. And great photo at the end!
