HA! How long will it stay?
Well, (drum roll), as long as it wants......seriously not sure, usually people coming out of the house will cause them to get up and leave, but not always, esp. if there are some yummy budding bushes around.

It looks like an open gate sort of place.
Yep, it's a neighbor's place a couple blocks away. Earlier, in March, she had a bear in the yard.
As long as it doesn't charge, I guess you are OK?

He, or she, looks content on that spring green.
It's a yearling, born last year from the looks. No idea of gender.
At least it's not a bear this time.

Do you know what kind of racket those things make when they get into your attic?
That's why I keep the screen door latched. They'll just move in, invite friends over, have parties until all hours....
