Gave a quarter to my buddy down the street in exchange for some Vietnamese style spring rolls and a Nuc Mam based dipping sauce, and a quarter is going to Ann across the street. So....
OMG, hucks are indescribably delicious, memorable! We used to go high in the nearby mountains (you guys call them foothills, I believe) just about this time of year to try to get them before the black bears did. Sometimes we got to them first; more often, not.
